A few years ago, the local Thai hotel brand Dusit Thain entered Guam and established the first and currently only location in the United States - Dusit Thani Guam. This hotel is currently composed of two hotels of the Dusit Group. Since they are owned by the same owner, the hotels are in the same building, with slightly different brands to make a small distinction: Dusit Beach Resort and Dusit Thani Guam. The locations are also in the first row of Tumon Bay.
Among them, Dusit Thani is a higher level, and Dusit Beach has simpler facilities and lower prices.
