Sejong Restaurant

This is a very creative Japanese restaurant. It not only has traditional sushi, but also some very unique flavors. The egg rolls here are delicious.

In the breakfast restaurant in our hotel, I like the sunny-side-up fried eggs the most. They are slightly raw and can be runny. Add some soy sauce and they are super delicious. There are also egg rolls. You can tell the chef what to put in them. There are onions, diced meat, cheese, diced tomatoes and diced green peppers. Finally, add some ketchup. The eggs are tender and delicious.

Jamaican barbecue was the most satisfying meal we had during our trip to Guam. The unique red rice of the Chamorro people was fragrant and went very well with the grilled fish and salad.
