The Wild Rabbit

After two days in the Cotswolds village, I stopped at The Wild Robbit (Chipping Norton) for lunch on the way back to London. This is a rabbit-themed restaurant, not for food, but for decoration. Rabbits can be seen everywhere in the restaurant. Maybe it's because there are windows on all sides and the light is transparent, which makes me happy. When I'm in a good mood, the food is naturally delicious. But their dishes are really exquisite! Authentic British pub food, very delicate, and the taste is excellent.

The reason I recommend this dish is not because it is very delicious, but because I think the method used here is very authentic and has a very local flavor. The video shows that I made it myself, which is a feeling that I can't get in other restaurants.

In these places, you can communicate as long as you know a little English. Their dishes are still very authentic.
