Ramen Tatsu-ya

Cool place. We had a line to get in, but it moved fairly quickly. You order at the counter and then sit at a table with a number. The food came out very quickly. We got a Mi-So-Hot and a Tonkotsu Sho-Yu. Both with some add-ons and upgrades. Good stuff. Probably the best thing for me was the Katsu Slider which was phenomenal.

I kept seeing people queuing at the door, and finally had time to try it. My kids liked it. The soup was very rich, full of pork bone flavor, and the egg was very delicious. The meat was grilled to the right temperature, but there was only one slice. You can pay more if you want more meat. Japanese ramen is very chewy, but it's a pity that there are no wide noodles. However, the food portion is small, so you need to order more. The rice is also delicious.
