The Story of Texas Cafe

A German restaurant that has been in existence since 1866, the oldest in Texas. The biggest feature is German cuisine. The special dishes are completely different five days a week, and you can also drink a variety of German beers. It is very suitable for people who have wine, meat and stories to gather here. The price is much more affordable than many American restaurants. Maybe this is the business philosophy of this restaurant.

We visited this restaurant during happy hour waiting for our bus. While drinking our beers we asked the bartender about the large glass infusion jar on the bar and were promptly given a small glass to sample. It was heavenly mango-ginger infused vodka and we knew we had to return for dinner. We were not disappointed.

The food is getting worse and worse recently. But the milk tea has the taste of the first generation of Taiwanese milk tea around 2005. It&#39;s quite nostalgic. You can try it when you can drink it.
