A reformed Japanese restaurant, the sweet taste and ingredients are more suitable for Americans. For example, there is a kind of sushi called TOMATO, which is made by wrapping French fries (what we call potato shreds) around rice and frying it. This way, it has the crispness and aroma of French fries, the glutinous fragrance of sushi rice, and the sweet and crisp taste of cucumbers and yellow radishes wrapped in the rice. The sauce of the fried chicken in the fried chicken rice is really too sweet. The appetizers and sashimi maintain the tradition of Japanese food that emphasizes natural color, delicious taste, diverse shapes, and exquisite utensils. I ordered a dish with sturgeon roe, sea urchin and tuna served in a small spoon, which tasted fresh.
