Panzano

Even after flying for more than ten hours, I still had to get up and eat a big meal. My first meal in the United States was at Panzano, a local internet-famous restaurant. The bright colors, fresh and delicious ingredients, and rich and tempting seasonings awakened my body and mind.

Panzano Italian Restaurant offers modern Italian cuisine. When the waiter saw that I was eating mini broccoli with gusto, he actually sent me the recipe for this dish and asked me to cook it at home. How thoughtful! That seemingly ordinary Caesar salad has won an award. It turns out that the chef lightly grilled the romaine lettuce, and the salad tasted really different! ​

Located in the Hotel Monaco, the food quality really surprised me, the food was artfully done and really delicious. Had salads and I also had some Minnestrone which was very good .

We had a very nice dinner at Panzano while staying at the Kimpton Monaco Denver. The food and wine list were excellent. The service was very good. The decor and ambiance of the restaurant were also very nice. The lounge and bar design were very interesting and my martini was delicious! Need I say more....you will not be disappointed if you choose Panzano

Great food, friendly staff, seems to be a popular place for visitors and locals alike. We ate here twice, normally we try to go to as many places as possible just to try them all when we travel, but this place was just amazing.
