Bistro du Marché by Tapenade

Although the good restaurants in San Diego cannot compare with those in Los Angeles, the chef of this French restaurant in La Jolla is French and was trained in a three-star Michelin restaurant in France. He should cook very authentic southern French cuisine. The dishes are really good.

It's pretty good French food. I think the soup-like mussels taste very good. The mussels taste great with the soup. The grilled meat platter is also good. Overall I'm quite satisfied.

My boyfriend took me to Valentine's last night and it was amazing. We had to call a week in advance to make reservations and were not able to get a table by 8pm. Our waiter was very attentive and funny. Our duck and salmon were both excellent. Got the puff pastry for dessert. Highly recommend this place.

Excellent food! The staff was great and the food was amazing! I heard they offer great deals during happy hour from 5pm to 6:00pm. I look forward to going back. I definitely recommend this restaurant!

This is a French restaurant from the front door to the back wall, the food and wine reflect the culture there, it's great! Service is fun and efficient - try the cheese desert - simply amazing -
