The shop is located in Covent Garden. The theme is tree house. There are lots of green wallpapers and wooden ceilings, which is very warm. Dominique was originally a well-known bakery in New York. You have to wait in a long line just to eat its limited supply Cronut. So puff pastry is its strong point~ I am not completely sure that this croissant is better than the one I had in France. I feel that the butter can be a little stronger🙈 But the other thick egg burger looks a bit tempting~ 15-20 eggs are baked for 3-4 hours, and it becomes such a thick egg burger! Sprinkle a layer of cheese on it🧀️, and serve it with brioche bread. Hehehe, the protein intake for this day is over the limit. The taste is actually smooth, a bit like egg custard.

I came late, and all the stores in Spring St were closed! This store originated in New York, and it seems that there is only one store in New York. There is also one in Tokyo. I ate there last year. I wanted to try some other signature dishes at the New York store, but I didn’t expect it to close so early. I was angry! It’s not as big as the double-story store in Omotesando, Tokyo. It looks very mini. It’s surrounded by big flagship stores. It’s a low-key and luxurious area.
