There is a pizza shop in Chinatown that does very good business. They have many varieties of pizza. I prefer the meat sauce pizza and the cheese pizza. Overall, I am very satisfied with them. The tomatoes are delicious.

Love their pizza. Why? First, they use fresh toppings. Second, they have cream sauce, not tomato sauce. Their garlic bread rocks, I could eat it all by itself. The pizzas are very large and reasonably priced. Highly recommend. Enjoy!!
This place is perfect, I've had a lot of NY pizza. I was drawn to the sign that said they make their cheese daily. I know they can only justify their authenticity with that claim!

I thoroughly enjoyed my margherita slice with super fresh basil and my 9 year old devoured his pepperoni. The garlic knots were surprisingly good when no one was looking at what I had left over garlic. They offer a good metal cheese grater with nice chunks of cheese for you to use. Plus they have a Boylan fountain soda machine! I've never seen soda so good in a soda machine. My son loved their red velvet cookie (I can't comment on the taste because I hate red velvet but he said it was the best cookie he's ever had & the super sweet girl behind the counter gave him a free one the second time we were there).

The decor has a cool industrial and rustic feel that just feels very NY. The staff are all very nice and I'm not saying that because of the free cookies. My only regret is not realizing they make their meatballs and cannoli in house (my favorite dessert)!!! I grew up w/ 1/2 an Italian family with meatball sauce on Sundays with a hunk of bread and nothing else because it didn't need much so I always made a little (my 9 year old was deeply influenced) Asked that the meatballs be homemade. I bet they would be the closest thing to my grandmother's. Oh and I will definitely be back next time we go, you already know I'm going to (along with a slice of my own smart-ass because those are incredible white too)!
The interior is smartly decorated and well set up with indoor tables with outdoor seating available. The pizza slices are the same as in NY. I got a slice of the Godfather pizza, tomato sauce, great cheese, sausage, ham, bacon pepperoni. My slice had a thin crust but most of the toppings, not much flavor.
What is close to Smart Guys is that their pizzas are made with fresh ingredients. My personal favorites are the steak and cheese, buffalo chicken and the Sicilian pizzas. I have been eating here since they opened in 2012. The customer service is outstanding and I have never had any problems here. Plenty of seating. You will not find better New York style pizza in this area.
