We originally ordered a shrimp, but the waiter said that each dish would come with a bowl of rice and suggested that we cancel one. In the end, we ordered a coconut duck, a steamed fish, a squid and a signature dessert. They all tasted good. The wine was nothing special. Essence Restaurant

The tasting menu is always a good choice and they did not disappoint. Each course was themed around a different theme: monkfish, red bisque shrimp, beef tartare, amaranth, marbled eel (amazing!), grapes, oilback shrimp, quail, wagyu beef, mushrooms, coconut and finally lotus. Well worth a visit if you want to try the new wave of Vietnamese cuisine.

This is the restaurant with the most abundant dishes I have eaten in Hanoi. The food is delicious. There are a lot of people. It costs more than 100 RMB for two people + drinks. We were too full and didn&#39;t finish the meal.
