The name of the restaurant is Nagomi Sushi. This restaurant specializes in sushi. Their nigiri sushi is very delicately made. Basically, you can eat one in one bite, and it is freshly made.

Four of us went for dinner last Friday night. We reserved 4 seats at the bar. Not a particularly nice seat, but we went anyway. To be honest, we didn&#39;t quite know how to order and share. But every meal was delicious. The large appetizer (my own words) was good. The steak tartare and anchovies were delicious. The service was attentive and attentive, and it was fun to watch the chefs cut the meat in front of us. This is definitely a restaurant you will enjoy and go to learn something you like.

Other steakhouses in Whistler, such as The Keg and HK&#39;s Steakhouse, often open in the afternoon, so I chose Earls, which opens at 12:00 noon, for lunch. Earls is above Starbucks, on the second floor, with many seats in the indoor and outdoor patios, and is spacious. An 8-ounce sirloin steak costs $30.5, thick and juicy. Dry ribs cost $13, slightly salty and dry.
