I think the hand-pulled mutton is better, soft and sticky, and it doesn't have any smell when eaten directly without seasoning. I am used to getting some spicy noodles to dip in the sauce, which has a different flavor. Local friends suggested that I must eat new garlic, which is really satisfying to eat with a bite of garlic and a bite of meat. It really has the effect of relieving greasiness.
