Restaurant Influences Review

This store is found by local food software. It is not near the main square. It is easy to miss a little road. The store is not big but it feels very warm like a family private dish. This store is more cattle. There is no specific package, only a few main dishes. Choice, Other full-screen chefs' mood and possible dishes, but still will ask if you have any taboos, others will sit and wait for the food. French food is really very particular, and I have to explain to you the ingredients used with the chef's intentions. When the closing time, I have to listen to feedback. When you taste it, I have to pay attention. It is really full of color and fragrance, exquisite dishes, exquisite ingredients, and the amount is not much. Anyway, no dishes are delicious, a meal is very satisfying, and the price is reasonable, you can try it if you have the opportunity to have time.

It was good but I do not feel that this restaurant is on the level of a Michelin star or even guide. I think they’re still working at it. Having frequented several Michelin star restaurants in Europe and the US it seems that they have a little ways to go and it’s just a little rough.

What a fantastic restaurant. Excellent food and service, loved the wine pairing and tasting combination. Every dish was something to savour. Would definitely visit again on our next trip to Bordeaux

We've been living near Bordeaux for almost 2 years in this is by far the best restaurant we've been to in the region. The surprise menu was a fantastic gastronomic experience harmonized with very fine wines. The service was impeccable. Definitely a must in Bordeaux.

We like surprises and the idea to have the menu as a surprise is generally highly welcome.However, we found boring to find a piece of meat in the main course -> is not really creative to make a great surprise. The quality of products used is superb. The regional wine list should be extended more to South West (Jurancon /Irouleguyl
