When we checked in we asked whether, after we check out, we could leave our luggage with them since we didn't want to carry many luggage to Paris and the answer from the front lady with her careless eye was ”NO, because we didn't have enough space”. We were very sorry with the answer and hopelessly thought how we could deal with the problem. Luckily, on the day we checked out we met another front lady who was very kind and agreed to keep our luggage but we need to pay some charge. The room was ok except the toilet which were flooded all the time when we took a bath during our stay. We probably don't want to stay here again unless we have no choice.
The hotel's interior design is distinctly palatial, and whether it's to your taste is entirely subjective. However, the comfort, safety, and cleanliness of the rooms were impeccable, at least for this price point. The overarching feeling after our three-day stay was one of complete peace of mind.
The three Caucasian staff members who assisted us at the front desk were exceptionally friendly. Having just arrived in Europe, I was initially a bit nervous speaking English, but the calm politeness of a handsome young man and a kind older gentleman immediately put me at ease, making each conversation progressively smoother. Only one older gentleman seemed a touch refined and perhaps a little aloof, but his conduct was certainly not offensive.
The location is superb. It's just a 5-minute walk to the central train station. The Old Town and the UN headquarters are both about a 15-minute ride away, and the airport is 30 minutes. There's an abundance of restaurants, shops, and supermarkets nearby, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. (While many hotels near the train station offer similar benefits, a unique advantage here is that Tram Line 15 stops directly in front of the hotel, providing easy access to many key city attractions.)
One minor, unexpected drawback was that directly behind our annex building lay a dozen or so railway lines extending from the train station. From early morning, we could indeed perceive faint noises and vibrations. However, the sound insulation of the room windows was remarkably good, so it didn't impact our sleep quality in the slightest. Nevertheless, those particularly sensitive to noise might want to consider this when booking. Requesting a room number starting with 1 or 8 (all rooms in our annex building started with 9) should help mitigate the railway noise.
The rooms are very good. The train arrived in Geneva at midnight, and the taxi drove to Geneva in just over ten minutes. Even if you arrive late at night, the front desk staff is very welcoming. You need to pay to sit in the area on the first floor. The bathroom on the first floor is great!
Wow what an incredible hotel! We started off arriving super early to hotel even though check in was meant to be at 3. To our surprise the lovely hotel staff let us check in early and issued our free geneva travel pass and showed us to our rooms. Onto our room, it was very clean, so spacious with ample storage space and safe, TV and amazing views overlooking the alps. The walk in shower was the highlight and has been sorely missed since getting back home. The hotel has everything you need, restaurant bar, 24 hour reception service, small gym and added sauna which is all included free of charge. The location is very handy only being a 10 minute bus from the airport and tram outside the hotel that goes straight into geneva city centre. The staff were so helpful and welcoming and made our stay 10/10. Will definitely be back to this hotel again couldnt have had a better time.
Overall, I was very satisfied. They gave us the room in advance, but one room was not cleaned properly. There was food left by the previous guest after we entered the room. After contacting them, they cleaned it up immediately. The environment is good, and there is 🚗 airport shuttle. The front desk was very polite and the service was good.
The location is very convenient to the train station and the service is good. The overall sanitary conditions are good. There are many restaurants within walking distance and it is very close to the lake. It is a good value hotel
The hotel is very conveniently located, with shopping malls, cafes, and pharmacies nearby... It is on the same line as the Four Seasons Hotel, and next to the lake, it is very pleasant to walk or run along the lakeside~ In short, the location is still very good~
The hotel room is a bit cramped, with a room of more than 30 square meters, and the bathroom space is OK. The room can only accommodate a bed and a sofa... The welcome fruit is very fresh~ Maybe I am used to large rooms, it looks a bit tight😓 But it may be considered good in Europe~
The best thing is the breakfast. The restaurant is on the street. In the morning, have a cup of coffee, eat something, look at the street view, and the birds fly around...
Refreshing, this is the leisurely European slow life🌞
The patient answers from the front desk staff make tourists relax! The nostalgic little elevator is very safe and can accommodate one or two people at a time! The room is warmly decorated and the mattress is very comfortable to sleep on! Breakfast is rich and fresh! Every day, several handsome waiters are busy working diligently, with slightly serious expressions, but very dedicated!
It's OK, the normal standard for this brand. I read the reviews saying there is a Swiss one-day transportation card, but I didn't receive it by email. I asked for it when I checked in. They said they would send it to me, but they didn't give it to me until I checked out. Forget it, I just passed by.
Good hotel if you want to be on the promenade but some 30 minutes walk to the station. However hotel can help with the taxi if you need one. Rooms were clean and airconditioned. Good hotel however for my feeling it’s more of a 4 stars than 5.

HHONGZHANOn the shores of Lake Geneva, authentic French luxury, from concierge to check-in to Izumi on the top floor overlooking the entire landscape, this hotel interprets the new definition of luxury. The only downside is that the room is slightly smaller and the price is more expensive.
RRUIThe most comfortable hotel on this trip, the front desk originally said that it could be upgraded by 145 Euros. Later, I thought that the original room was also good, but I did n’t upgrade. The bathroom and bedroom are large, and the service is attentive and meticulous, especially for breakfast. We ordered all the dishes, all of which are above the standard level. They are particularly delicious, and they are exquisite. Highly recommended!
