IA friendly welcome from all the staff working that day. Despite being the only person booked on my tour went ahead. We discussed what I would like to see and the tour was tailored accordingly. I was given the opportunity to do a little test ride on the bike before we set off to check it was all OK and the bike was in good condition. I was offered the option of a helmet, which appeared relatively new and in good condition. My guide, Carson, gave clear instructions and we set off. He was knowledgeable about the places we visited, the history of Hungary, architecture, culture and was pretty much able to answer any question I asked and also quite natural and made things relevant and interesting, with a good command of English. He was also honest when he was not sure. As like many others I wholeheartedly recommend this organisation and their bike tours.
