I recently went on a luxury longtail boat trip with Railay Eco Tours, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! As someone with bad knees, I was initially concerned about getting on and off the boat, but Faruk and Non were absolutely amazing. They were incredibly patient and caring, making sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire journey. We ended up booking two trips with them, and everything was fantastic—from the delicious food to the overall experience. We booked a ticket while still in Russia. Everything went smoothly, and the transfer arrived on time. We were taken to the pier and given roundtrip tickets. The ticket already indicated the return ferry departure time (9:00 AM or 2:00 PM). There's a large ferry, and the journey takes two hours, as stated. We spent three days on Phi Phi. On the way back, we went to the counter, showed our tickets, and the counter staffer confirmed where we needed the return transfer. Tickets on Trip are cheaper than buying at the ticket office or at the pier. I definitely recommend it.★

We loved everything; the kayaking lasted about an hour, which was just enough for me. The views were beautiful, the water was clear, and we saw fish. They gave us a waterproof bag for the boat, which was very useful. You can leave your belongings in the storage lockers. They took photos of us and shared some beautiful ones at the end, thank you!
