Trip's customer service was excellent. The supplier's (tour group's) customer service was also very helpful and the arrangements were excellent. Mr. Wang, who was responsible for the pick-up and drop-off, was very friendly and provided excellent service, even introducing the attractions along the way. As for the show, the storyline was quite engaging and the plot was touching. Overall, I was very satisfied.★

The tour guide explained the itinerary in both English and PTH (Personal and Things), which was very detailed. The weather also improved, and most importantly, the bus went directly to the attractions without transfers, saving a lot of travel time. However, please note that the meeting point is quite a distance from the exit. Also, for some reason, I couldn't find the meeting details on my phone screen at the time, i.e., how to identify the tour guide; I only found out later by contacting them through the app.★

Everything was excellent. Punctual, comfortable transfer, our guide Wendy gave us a pleasant and entertaining guided tour in English and suggested a great place to eat. We met a fantastic tour guide, Mr. Zhang, who knew everything from astronomy to geography, and he described Chang'an City in great detail. He brought the Terracotta Army to life. He was especially good with children, telling them stories about the sights along the way.★

The trip to Quanling and Yuanjia Village was beyond our expectation. Our tour guide, Ms. 王,gave us an overview full of details regarding China’s only female emperor Wu. Her story of Emperor Wu was both intriguing and entertaining. She was very flexible, letting us spent as much time as we wanted in the sites we visited. She took great care of us . We had a great time.
