🕒 Organization & Schedule Good overall organization despite delays caused by some participants. The driver remained patient and professional 👍 Important point: he doesn't speak English. ➡️ It is highly recommended to have WeChat + a translation tool, as information (such as the return bus times) is communicated via the app. 🧭 Guide/Support No tourist information was provided due to the language barrier. However, the driver was very attentive, kind, and always kept an eye on the group, which was reassuring. Special mention also goes to the people we met during the excursion: a great atmosphere and wonderful encounters, especially with some lovely girls who made conversation easy. 📍 Itinerary & Places Visited Top-notch 🤩 Magnificent places, with a good mix of tourist spots and truly impressive landscapes. Perfect for taking beautiful photos.

Overall, a good experience, but not worth the price. The guide was punctual and friendly, with a small group of three, which was pleasant. Communication was via a translation app. Water, oxygen, and a jacket were provided. However, for this price, there are similar excursions that are cheaper. The only real advantage is the small group size. Sunrise from a standard platform, followed by the sightseeing (60 yuan for electric transport, the bus is free). Some parts can be done on foot, so there's no need to pay for everything. The locations are beautiful but very touristy. I finished the tour an hour early, having something to eat and relaxing with a coffee. The organization was good, the meal was very short and not amazing, the feast wasn't particularly interesting, and there are other things to see and do in the area. The show is the best part: truly beautiful and moving, not to be missed. Return around 3 pm. 👉 Conclusion: It's better to choose a cheaper option and keep the show.

I finally went to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, a place I'd been longing to visit! It was beautiful, but also very crowded. I originally planned to do everything myself, but then I saw that the cable car tickets were in high demand, so I booked a day trip through Ctrip – much easier and less hassle. Before booking, I repeatedly consulted customer service, and they were always patient and responsive, answering all my questions promptly. The day before the trip, driver Wang Xiaodong added me on WeChat, informing me of the itinerary and important information, including where to board the bus. Driver Wang Xiaodong was very easygoing and kind. Because I had some personal issues and didn't quite understand some things, he patiently explained everything to me repeatedly, including how to get on and off the bus, and how to enjoy the sights. He always did his best to help me. I'm very grateful to driver Wang Xiaodong and your customer service. Thank you.

I really enjoyed the tour; it wasn't overcrowded with too many locations, the route was very comfortable, and our driver was a very pleasant person. The power of nature and the lacework of stone—that's how I describe this trip. I highly recommend visiting Tiger Gorge; you feel the power of the raging mountain river and the majesty of the mountains, making you feel like a grain of sand. The terraces are a complete contrast to the gorge's gloomy power; you find yourself in an otherworldly landscape. The white, porous rocks look as if they were sculpted from plaster by giant hands. The water is such a bright turquoise that it seems like filters were added.
