How to use
The pick-up service is available from hotel or any address in Phuket, Krabi and Lanta island. You will be asked to provide your pick-up address at checkout.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.
Important note
- Price based on per group of 15 (1-15 people), maximum number of passengers allowed on board is 15
- Please be aware that this tour has a fixed price: you are requested the full price for 15 people
- It is recommended to bring your own swimwear, towels, sunscreen, snacks (in addition to the fruit provided on board), alcoholic (if you require), cash (for National Park fee)
