This trip exceeded my expectations. We visited two ancient cities in one day, including classic attractions like Todai-ji and Kiyomizu-dera. The pace was excellent, perfect for taking great photos, and the itinerary balanced guidance with free time for exploration. It's ideal for families with children, requiring no extra planning. The tour was punctual, with no hard-sell shopping, and the air-conditioned minibus was comfortable and relaxing. Excellent value for money. The guide and driver were straightforward and eloquent, providing a wonderful introduction to Japanese culture and customs. Five-star recommendation.

The customer service contacted me via WeChat and email the day before my trip, meticulously informing me of the meeting time and point. I traveled with my family, and we were very satisfied with the overall service. Our tour guide was incredibly attentive and helpful. He not only explained a lot about Japanese history but also provided detailed information about the attractions. He even gave me tips on feeding the deer after arriving at Nara Park! I think 5 stars isn't enough to praise him! Our family had a very fulfilling trip! We even bought a black Hello Kitty plush toy!

On the first day of our family trip to Osaka, we freely explored the city using the Osaka Amazing Pass, but registering the pass, setting the route, and finding our way were difficult, and our feet were on fire from all the walking. So, for the second day, we booked a bus tour to Kyoto and Nara. To start with, we were able to visit each attraction very comfortably. The guide highlighted the key points of each spot so well that we were able to avoid any trial and error on our first visit, making for a very comfortable and fulfilling trip. We also thoroughly enjoyed the lunch recommended by our guide, Mr. Kumun-gil, and our entire family was very satisfied. Thank you.

I used a one-day tour while traveling in Osaka with my son and a junior colleague, and I was much more satisfied than I expected. Our guide, Mika, was very kind and gave great explanations. She also took good care of us, making us feel comfortable during our travels, so we had a great time. It was nice being able to visit various places comfortably, unlike traveling alone. Finding Exit 2 at Nipponbashi Station wasn't difficult at all. The Gogo Day Tour staff were waiting there, so I didn't get lost, and I feel like I was really lucky to have met such a great guide. They always kept a smile on their face, answered my questions well, and were always kind. Thanks to the Kumon-gil guide, I had a great trip even in the rainy weather.

Tour guide David was calm and patient, his translation was smooth and pleasant, and the entire itinerary was well-organized. Before departure, he carefully explained the history of each destination and important details to be aware of, helping us avoid local taboos and undesirable shops.
