I always buy my e-SIMs for Japan trips here! Installation is very fast and easy, and the signal is strong even within Japan! (Sometimes it connects to 4G depending on the region or situation.) I haven't had a moment where I needed to contact customer service, so I'm not sure about the rating for that service.★

Easy to connect, fast speed, more data usage than buying roaming from Thailand, and affordable. I forgot to check the speed test, but there were no problems using it. After a week, I chose 21 GB, more than enough. Happy! Saved almost half the price I used to. Plus, I can use the eSIM to send my main number as Wi-Fi calling. Extremely good value! Very pleased.
