Children and seniors who do not meet discount eligibility or fail to present valid ID will be charged the adult fare price difference.
Admission tickets for any absentees will be considered automatically forfeited and no refund will be issued.
Once the booking is confirmed and payment is completed, the ticket cannot be modified or canceled. Any unused tickets will be considered automatically forfeited with no refund provided. No refunds will be issued for used, invalid, incomplete, or expired tickets.
The ticket holder assumes full responsibility for protecting the ticket, including preventing damage, forgery, misuse, misprinting, or incorrect display, particularly within the QR code area required for presentation at The Peak Tram and Sky Terrace 428 entrance gates.
Pets are not allowed on The Peak Tram, except for qualified guide dogs. If you wish to bring your pet to other areas of the peak, you may take a taxi. Pets are permitted at The Peak Tower.
You may need to queue during peak hours. We recommend avoiding peak times (4:00 PM–7:00 PM) and weekends.
