The initial setup was a bit confusing, but I set it up the day before my trip to Spain began, and it was great that I could use it right up until the day of my trip, just as I had planned. The signal was weak only at one restaurant in Madrid, but it worked well overall in Madrid, Granada, Ronda, Seville, Segovia, and Nerja, so I think I will repurchase it if I need it again :D
I haven't used the customer service, so I can't comment on that.★

This was my first time using an e-SIM, and it was for a trip to Europe. I was worried something might go wrong, but everything was fantastic; I always had internet. When you arrive, you just need to switch the SIM card settings and enable roaming. The SIM automatically connects to the best carrier in the region. I connected to Orange, Vodafone, and Turk Telecom.★

It's more convenient than buying a new SIM card. If you don't know how to use it, try checking out TikTok. The internet might be a bit slow during calls, but replying to messages is normal.★

Just scan the QR code to activate it! The internet is super fast and works everywhere. You also get unlimited free calls within Europe and 120 minutes of calls outside of Europe. This price is incredibly good value.★

During this trip, I used the service in Barcelona and Seville, Spain; Faro (southern Portugal); and Lisbon, Portugal. The phone was installed on my iPhone 13 Pro Max, and connections were stable throughout. Note that these areas are not Orange's primary service areas, so roaming for the SIM card needed to be enabled, which slightly increased battery consumption. I also used my phone's hotspot for connecting my laptop, and the connection remained stable. I highly recommend this e-SIM service; the price is reasonable, and the service quality is consistent.
