This boat trip was really fun with great views of Ortigia and the sea caves. The skipper was very friendly and informative and even let us have a go at driving the boat! We stopped twice for swimming and they gave us snorkelling masks. Once we got out of the water the first time there was a beautiful fruit platter, Prosecco, juice and water waiting for us. A great trip. Only thing to note is that the shop where you meet does not have toilets or changing facilities so come in your swimming costume if you’d like to go in the sea!

Setting up the trip and showing up were so easy because they reached out via WhatsApp (I don’t have an Italian phone). The trip was so much fun because, Joe, the boat driver ensured everyone had fun. We took a boat ride around to see some points of interest (Grotto Azzure) and he showed us wild capper plants. We talked about different fish we saw. We jumped off the boat and snorkeled Isola Bella beach rocks and some other rock formation. The water was refreshing and not cold. I highly recommend! Show up 30 minutes early and you get to leave early! Italy is beautiful and the people are nice. Such blue water!
