James who runs the tour is from England but has lived in Vienna for several years. Throughout the tour he provides an informative insight into the history and day to day life of Vienna. The tour also allowed us to experience a completely different side to the City and one that we wouldn't otherwise have known i.e. the water front that is clearly used by those who live there. The kayaking was easy and James provides a number of stops along the route including a short break for a swim.

A great trip in Vienna to see the city from a different perspective. James was a wonderful guide who was very knowledgeable about the city itself and about keeping us safe on our journey. He is a very chatty and interesting man with a very genuine and gentle manner. He has led a very interesting life and it was really nice to get to know him while paddling about the beautiful river. He gave great recommendations and felt like he personalised our tour. I really appreciated his time and effort.
