We loved everything, everything was exactly as described, and all the staff were fantastic! We rode the banana boat, the inflatable tube, the jet ski, and the flight board. We'll be back for more rides.

Booked Penida Island round-trip fast boat tickets (Sanur – Nusa Penida – Sanur) with El Rey Fast Cruise, and the whole experience was excellent. When arriving at the harbor, you need to exchange your booking for physical tickets at the El Rey office. The Google Maps location wasn’t accurate, but after a short walk around I found it without too much trouble. The process was smooth and well organized—staff provided the tickets quickly and clearly explained the next steps. After that, they arranged a shuttle bus to take us to the harbor area, which was very convenient and comfortable. The boats themselves were spacious and in good condition. On our trip, it was only about half full, which made the journey even more comfortable. The ride was fast and smooth, with no issues at all. The return trip was just as well organized—everything was on time and easy to follow. Overall, a very reliable and comfortable experience with great staff. Highly recommended!

It was a great ATV ride, a perfect blend of nature and human experience. There were rice terraces, caves, and waterfalls. We arrived by motorbike, and after an hour and a half of thrilling fun, we were served sandwiches and water. Overall, we were very satisfied and would definitely go again if we had the chance.

The driver was very pleasant and helped us plan our route. On his recommendation, we visited a really cool cafe where they showed us the coffee-making process and gave us a tasting. We really enjoyed it.

The price was surprisingly low. At first, I thought there would be some extra charges not mentioned in the description, but everything went perfectly. The driver, Rico, was very professional. We discussed the route in advance and followed it exactly. I highly recommend this service. The only thing is, when booking, I chose a car, but a bus arrived. Since the price didn't change, I wasn't upset. / The surprisingly low price. At first, I thought there would be some extra charges not mentioned in the description, but everything went perfectly.
