I have experienced & enjoyed many sound baths, conducted by various practitioners. Normally laid in a yoga mat with a pillow & additional blanket (which is absolutely fine!) This sounds bath was awesome! Firstly, u are seated in a La-Z-Boy with footstool & blanket, in a darkened room with soft aurora projection on the wall. Sitting extremely comfortablely, the session begins with a beautiful spoken word meditation, which drifts you into the beginning of the singing bowls. An absolute treat. Thoroughly enjoyed it.
