It was a wonderful experience; we saw so much. The route was slightly altered (due to a canal closure), but that wasn't a problem at all. The tour guide was fantastic, providing excellent explanations with relevant anecdotes – everything was presented brilliantly. The service was also top-notch, friendly and helpful. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience.

Great trip. Check in was a little odd. We had electronic tickets with barcodes, but we still had to stop at the counter for paper printouts which we then presented to people right next to the ticket booth to go down to the boat. Unnecessarily confusing, but otherwise great.

The live tour guide was very good, funny and informative! The crew was very helpful with my baby, car seat and stroller. Would have liked a drink and no one asked me.
