Wonderful experience with the “Bintan Mini Desert & Blue Lake Tour with Seafood Lunch.” The driver was on time, friendlyl. The views of the Mini Desert and Blue Lake were absolutely stunning. The seafood lunch was fresh and delicious. Everything went smoothly from start to finish.★

Everything goes smoothly, the seats are comfortable and the seating is convenient. I don't really see the point in paying extra for business class. There are plenty of empty seats, everything is clear in the terminal, and check-in and baggage drop-off are quick.★

The tour did not have a tour guide. It only included a driver who will pick you up at the hotel and bring you to the safari and eco farm. Service was great as driver is friendly and staff was prompt in answering any query. Safari was fun and eco farm tour was quite educational.★

The cabin environment was impeccable—very clean, tidy, and comfortable. However, it's true that some people vomit when the waves are rough, which is quite normal. My travel companion vomited too.
