The initial setup was a bit confusing, but I set it up the day before my trip to Spain began, and it was great that I could use it right up until the day of my trip, just as I had planned. The signal was weak only at one restaurant in Madrid, but it worked well overall in Madrid, Granada, Ronda, Seville, Segovia, and Nerja, so I think I will repurchase it if I need it again :D I haven't used the customer service, so I can't comment on that.

This was my first time using an e-SIM, and it was for a trip to Europe. I was worried something might go wrong, but everything was fantastic; I always had internet. When you arrive, you just need to switch the SIM card settings and enable roaming. The SIM automatically connects to the best carrier in the region. I connected to Orange, Vodafone, and Turk Telecom.

Yesim is happy; I've caught signals everywhere along the route, starting from Turkey, Greece, Italy, even at sea when we passed within sight of islands. Excellent connection, highly recommended!

During this trip, I used the service in Barcelona and Seville, Spain; Faro (southern Portugal); and Lisbon, Portugal. The phone was installed on my iPhone 13 Pro Max, and connections were stable throughout. Note that these areas are not Orange's primary service areas, so roaming for the SIM card needed to be enabled, which slightly increased battery consumption. I also used my phone's hotspot for connecting my laptop, and the connection remained stable. I highly recommend this e-SIM service; the price is reasonable, and the service quality is consistent.

Overall, internet access is generally available in the city, and ChatGPT does work. However, it's unclear whether this is an Italian issue or an eSIM issue, but the network is very poor or even non-existent in some indoor areas. It's recommended to download offline translation in areas with good network coverage to avoid not being able to understand menus in restaurants.

It’s working good until I select the network option by myself. Setup automatically isn’t working at all.
