I used this service for a solo trip.
Honestly, I wasn't sure how many GB I'd use per day, so I signed up for 20GB for my 4-night, 5-day trip to Korea.
The price was less than 1,000 yen for 4 nights and 5 days.
I thought I'd probably have some left over, but I chose the slightly larger 20GB to be safer than running out.
In the end, even with 4 nights and 5 days of use, I didn't even reach 10GB.
During the day, I frequently used maps and LINE, and after returning to the hotel, I downloaded videos and music using the hotel's Wi-Fi, so I think that explains the amount of usage.
The price difference between 10GB and 20GB was only about 200 yen, so choosing the slightly larger 20GB was probably the right decision, as it allowed me to use it without worrying about the data limit.
The internet connection was good, and it was convenient to be able to use it as soon as I arrived at the airport. I highly recommend it!
I recommend completing the procedures while you're still in Japan and switching the settings once you arrive in Korea.★

It was easy to find the kiosk, just follow the directions on Trip. I could easily access all kinds of websites, apps, and services, too. My friend used an eSIM and said it was really hard to rent a public bike, but I had no problems at all.
It was also convenient to have a Korean phone number, since I ordered food delivery on my very first night in Seoul.★

The eSIM is easy to set up, and in Japan and Korea, the internet was very stable and fast. In China, the internet wasn't as stable, but it allowed us to bypass blocking, which is very convenient. Buying an eSIM is cost-effective, simple, and convenient!★
