To put it mildly, it was fantastic. First of all, the price was low, and I was able to travel around Italy without stress by choosing a plan with 1GB of data per day. Setup was also very easy, and the excellent support that Trip.com offers meant I could buy with peace of mind knowing there was someone I could rely on immediately if any problems arose. I'm not rating it five stars because there was a slight problem : it suddenly and completely stopped working after a few days. I contacted their support, and they were quick to provide a new eSim, which worked for the rest of my trip.★
