Unlike previous self-driving tours, with a professional guide and driver, the trip was very comfortable, and everyone relaxed. Guide Xiao Ding and driver Xiao Shi were very professional and provided excellent service. The only drawback was that the seats in the vehicle were too cramped. Even we women found it uncomfortable, let alone a tall man over 1.8 meters. Sitting in the car for five hours was pure torture. I suggest improving the vehicle in the future, even if it costs more!★

This is a great value ticket package with unlimited use within a 3-day period. Buying the tickets separately would be much more expensive. It's a good deal for Taipei-Kaohsiung, Kaohsiung-Taiyan-Kaohsiung, and Kaohsiung-Taipei routes.★

Because of the flight delay, I had to adjust my schedule. I really dislike Ctrip's shirking and pass-the-blank work style. Not only did they waste my time by constantly making phone calls while I was abroad, but they also ruined my mood.★

It’s cheaper than getting from the station and if you want reserved seats, you have to book in advance anyway. You can’t pick it up from the machines, you have to pick it up from the teller. Make sure you arrive 30 mins before departure.
