Reviews/Trip Moments

Reviews: Cusco: Private picnic overlooking the Sacred Valley, llamas, and Maras & Moray
Guest User2025-10-31
Our tour began with a comfortable van ride. Our first stop in Chinchero was quite enriching, where we learned a bit about the history of the women who do incredible textile work. Next, we visited Moray and were able to see another magnificent work of the Inca people. The last group excursion was to the Maras salt mines, where we stopped at a viewpoint to take photos and receive a brief explanation of how they work. Finally, we had an amazing picnic in the company of llamas and with an incredible view – perhaps one of the most memorable moments of our trip.

The altitude is very high, so please be prepared; it will be very breathless and tiring. The tour guide we had was incredibly kind, responsible, and gentle!!
