Got there in my time slot, was given printed out skip the line tickets, and walked to the start of the line by a guide. Went straight into the gallery. Really worth it!!!

Unfortunately, we arrived late for our second appointment and we called the assistant, and they went out of their way with the museum to get us in, even though we were 30 minutes late.
