The itinerary was great. Our guide was Junjun, and the car was a Buick minivan. Compared to the Mid-Autumn Festival, the trip was quite relaxed. The guide and driver were both very nice, and the schedule was well-planned. We went to Xixi Wetland in the morning and tea picking in the afternoon. The weather was quite hot, so the elderly and children didn't want to hike. It would have been more fun if the weather were a bit colder. We had lunch at Yintai and also checked out a large Mixue Ice Cream store, which we don't have in our area. We departed at 9 am and arrived at the hotel around 5:30 pm, which was quite good and suitable for a relaxed family trip.

Nicole was an amazing guide! We were only in Hangzhou for 2 days so we wanted to make the best of our trip by booking 1 day tour with a local English speaking guide. We wasted no time as she took care of all the transportation (picked us up from our hotel) and took us to all the spots the city was known for around the west lake. Because of her, we were also able to bypass the line for the boat cruise and she took us to hidden gems of the city, avoiding some of the crowded touristy areas. She was very knowledgeable as well, explaining to us the history of these landmarks and the architectural details of the gardens. My favourite moment was picking green tea leaves up in the mountains! Highly recommend booking this one with Nicole!

The scenery at the scenic spot was absolutely beautiful. Our guide, Mr. Wang, was very attentive and provided excellent explanations; the entire itinerary was very well-organized.

I was incredibly lucky to meet Guide Luo this time. Not only was his explanation detailed, but his service was also incredibly warm and attentive; he even carefully pointed me back after we left! This trip was absolutely fantastic!

Because I was traveling from Wenzhou to Hangzhou with colleagues to catch a flight, I booked this one-day tour around West Lake two days in advance, taking advantage of a spare moment. Overall, it was a very good experience. Due to the bad weather in Hangzhou and occasional heavy rain, coupled with a large number of tourists, the tour guide adjusted the itinerary based on the weather and traffic conditions. At the last stop, the rain became so heavy that we had to ask the tour guide to cancel the tour and go back to the hotel to rest! The entire experience was excellent. From the initial contact with Mr. Jacky from China Memory Trip International Travel Agency (the supplier on Trip.com), who confirmed our desired itinerary and discussed alternatives, making us feel valued, to the excellent vehicle arrangement and driver, and the attentive tour guide Miss Si who provided continuous explanations and made thoughtful arrangements throughout the trip, this was a highly recommended experience!

Very professionally organised before the trip and also on the day of the trip. The driver and tour guide assigned were very experienced and shared the history and local experiences of Hangzhou well. I have two young kids and two old parents and they accomodated the private tour to be a relaxed and gentle pace so that everyone could enjoy
