Since I was traveling with my parents who have bad knees, we used the airport limousine instead of the Rapit, and it was really great. Once your reservation is confirmed, you show the ticket exchange voucher; if you activate the e-ticket URL on the voucher at the Namba OCAT, the electronic ticket appears. You just show that to board, and it was really convenient because they load your luggage for you and you can sit comfortably and look around while traveling.

Driver was punctual, polite and was easy to reach when we needed to change our return time back to hotel from usj. Car was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend if you have kids or elders traveling.
