Watching from a boat is the best option, allowing you to enjoy the fireworks without the crowds and get the best spot for photos. If you don't take a boat, you'll start scrambling for a spot on the beach before dark, affecting your experience. For those watching from a boat, boarding is usually around 7:30 PM.
