Of all the places we booked online, this was the most worthwhile. There was no pressure to buy anything or push sales, and they weren't grumpy even if you didn't buy anything. Overall, it was a very comfortable experience. A bag of bananas cost 100 NTD to feed the elephants, which was more expensive than elsewhere, but it was a worthwhile experience. A large photo with three angles cost 400 NTD, and the photos were very good – much cheaper than at many tourist attractions. We bought some; you can assess whether you need them.

The zoo was a great stop on our trip, and our tour guide was fun and kind. Some parts of the zoo are not as popular and kept up as others.

I bought tickets for my adult daughter and her friend; my son and I went on this tour last year. Everyone was very pleased; it was a fantastic experience interacting with elephants. I highly recommend it.

The service was excellent! A car picked us up promptly at 10:00 a.m. and took us back after the elephant ride. But at the elephant spot, they offered a bag of bananas for the elephants for 100 baht, and wristbands for 500 to 1,500 baht. A photo of us riding the elephants was 600 baht. Bottle-feeding the baby goats was 20 baht. Photos with bunnies, snakes, parrots, and other creatures were another 600 baht each.
