I used this in KL, Bangkok and Shanghai. Overall the signal was ok. Sometimes we do get a drop out but it’s not often. We managed to use all social media platforms with this eSIM at Shanghai. Only thing is if you want to hail a ride you’ll need a number for it in china.★

Automatic installation via trip.com, the only thing you need to do after installation is enable "data roaming" in the settings (iPhone). The signal quality is good, I use it from Malaysia.★

I've been VERY PLEASED with the eSims I've bought. I also had a problem a few days ago and a customer service representative walked me through the solution which included them sending a new QR code.
