However, do note that I was required to pay an additional SGD24 for taxes (2 way)
There are several eateries located around Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal, making it convenient to grab a meal before departure.
The overall process from luggage drop, immigration clearance was smooth, straightforward, and hassle-free.

It was a wonderful experience. The driver was very talkative and introduced things about Malaysia along the way. Upon arrival, you can have a Malaysian meal and see some animals (although I suspect those animals are only for show 🤣), but it was still a very fun experience. The children were thrilled to see so many fireflies twinkling on both banks of the river while on the boat. We were very grateful that fireflies even flew onto our hands.Trip.com picks
