I felt this was a truly heartwarming trip to Kyoto! From the magnificent golden splendor of Kinkaku-ji to the thousand torii gates of Fushimi Inari Shrine, every stop was breathtaking and thought-provoking. My trip to Osaka was from November 2nd to 6th, 2025. I bought the JR Kansai Mini Pass, which was quite convenient and cost-effective. I visited Kobe and Kyoto, both of which had new rapid transit lines. On the last day, I also took the Airport Express. Note that cars 5-8 on the Airport Express might be assigned to Wakayama, so be sure to take cars 1-4. I also took the Arashiyama Scenic Railway; make sure you buy the correct section ticket, as it offers round-trip tickets. I bought the wrong one.Trip.com Picks
