The scenery of Trang An is nice, and experience of rowing a boat through caves by water is really unique. The only downside of the trip is the June hot weather which is indeed punishing. The staff and guide were friendly and helpful when I requested to change my itinerary of Tam Coc to Trang An in the last minute.★

The overall itinerary was fairly reasonable and well-organized. However, there were two temples in the first part, but we only visited one; the tour guide said they were similar. The boat trip in Chang'an was beautiful, and the final mountain climb was also decent, with plenty of time allotted. Oh, and lunch wasn't great; I just ate a little bit.Trip.com picks
