I've used Trip.com's eSIM countless times, and it's consistently excellent. I've recommended it to many family and friends, and everyone raves about it. This time, due to layovers, I bought multi-country plans, and they didn't disappoint. I bought the plans a day in advance, followed the installation steps, and upon arriving in Vietnam, I turned off airplane mode, disabled my original SIM card, enabled eSIM, turned on roaming, and data connected immediately. During my layover in Japan, I simply turned on airplane mode on the plane and turned it off upon disembarking, and the connection reappeared.★

Got Free 3 days 3GB everyday subscription to my hotel booking and got data as soon as I landed the airport which helped me booked Grab car going to my hotel. But 3GB is not enough for my usage so I subscribed again to 5GB per day for 7 days but still wasn't enough so I subscribed again to 100GB per day for the rest of my stay which is 5 days. At first there's signal problem but the customer service is very responsive and helpful and was able to fix it immediately as he guides me how to process and how to manually select network. I got this cheap coz of the promo as I am a first time user.
