The instructor need to be more attentive when bringing a group of people, making sure that all of them are following up in a comfortable walking pace. Do stop and wait a while for those who are trying to walk as fast to catch up with the group.

It was a very personal and delightful experience! The young man who taught the class was fluent in english and extremely personable, as well as competent! He was very patient as he went through the process step by step, and graciously answered any questions we had. Included in the class was half of a bahn mi each, which was excellent! The only possible complaint i could make, and it's not really a complaint, was that it would have been nice if they could have supplied a sheet for future reference detailing the steps we followed. I asked our teacher if one was available and he replied that they were out, but that he would email me one. I never got it and, while i'm sure mr google can easily supply such directions, i would have liked to have had the exact steps that we followed. Nonetheless, it was a delightful time and worth the money! I highly recommend it!
