I like this local international group and will meet people from various countries. This time I went to Germany and Italy. I basically chose the local group. As long as the merchant is reliable, the itinerary is very happy! This group is that I was almost late for the morning departure. The customer service has been helping me find the route. I also booked a New Zealand itinerary in the second half of the year with their family. It must be praised.★

5/5. I booked this small guided tour after reading the reviews of the standard tour. I wanted to see Tuscany during our 4-days in Rome, so I opted for the upgraded experience. I am so glad I did. We went as a family of 4, three generations celebrating my mother's 80th birthday. Mauricio was our driver and greeted us with a warm Itailan welcome, which immediately set the tone for what would be a great day. We enjoyed a comfortable, air-conditioned van ride from Rome to the Tuscan region. The sunflowers in bloom were stunning. Mauricio educated us on small pieces of ltalian culture and history but was not overwhelming with talking the entire time, allowing us to enjoy the ride and our time as a family. Offering us water after about an hour into our drive was much appreciated, as Italy was in the midst of an atypical heat wave. We were able to deviate from the standard itinerary by stopping for a quick bite of breakfast and made stops for bathroom/toilet breaks, as needed. The views were gorgeous, and I was pleased with the service and intimate nature of this upgrade experience. I thoroughly enjoyed our tour guide, Sarah, in Montepulciano. She customized our tour of the city and allowed for shopping where we purchased ltalian crafted straw hats and leather goods. Lunch was outside in the shade in a quaint restaurant where the food and wine were enjoyable.

tasting was simple yet enjoyable. However, there was no olive oil tasting, which I was looking forward to experiencing. I have only positive comments regarding this experience. Suggestions for making it better include water being in the cup holders for each passenger as well as offering the WiFi code on a piece of paper as we entered the van.
