The trip was incredible! The nature was unbelievable, the plants and animals make you feel at peace. It wasn't too difficult and the guides were really helpful. Guides are extremely knowledgeable and speak great English. Dogs will accompany the guides which was a plus for me. Water in the waterfall was surreal. Would recommend 100% and would do it again when I comeback.

Reviews: Medellín: Coffee Farm Experience with Horseback Ride
Guest User2026-09-20
Overall, a fantastic experience. The transport was well-organized. At the farm, you're greeted by the whole family, offered lemonade, and given the opportunity to try on traditional clothing. The tour was conducted in English and was great! The guide spoke excellent English and explained everything with humor and a wealth of knowledge. You even get to pick the beans yourself and learn all about the process, from harvesting to the finished coffee. We even tried out four different coffee machines – very interesting! Afterwards, there was a delicious lunch with a stunning view, including vegetarian and vegan options. You can wander around the farm and see the many animals. The only major downside is the horseback riding. This is just the ride up to the farm, and you ride on rather exhausted mules that constantly slip on the hard, stony ground and struggle up the mountain. They are also constantly being driven and beaten. I would definitely advise against it!
