We took the Shanghai nighttime cruise on the river and our tour guide was fantastic. Ana went above and beyond by accompanying us even after the very last cruise of the night, walking us all the way to our subway stop. Her knowledge of the sights and history was really good, and her English was excellent clear and easy to follow. A truly thoughtful and professional guide who made the experience memorable. Ana even ordered some medicine (my husband was having some cough ) and sent them to our hotel! So grateful for her help 😍🙏🏼!

The guide was very helpful. Unfortunately, the boat trips were cancelled due to rain. The return trip to Shanghai train station, contrary to the previously mentioned possibility, was not possible.

I bought my tickets easily. They were emailed as promised. They contacted me to make sure I received them. I loved the show; the performers did a great job! I've long dreamed of going to this circus, and finally, I saw it. I went with my mother-in-law on my birthday. It was a wonderful end to a wonderful day. We got there easily and found our seats. We thoroughly enjoyed the show. We were in row 7, seats 1 and 3, and had a great view of everything.

Just came arrived back at the hotel from one of the best evenings I had while staying in Shanghai. A meeting point was suggested by the tour guide - Silvia who happened to be a useful guide for any extra information I needed, no matter of it’s related to the tower, Shanghai, or one usage of Alipay, WeChat, or Didi. She patiently answered all my questions, took photos, and highlighted things on the way to the elevator I might would have just skipped if i would have gone bymyself. All in all, a great experience 10/10 would recommend. Visit the tower with Silvia if you are in China for the first time.
