A wonderful experience. Florin, our guide, spoke three languages, sharing historical and cultural anecdotes along the way. He was very kind, since we couldn't have found tickets for Peles Castle due to the crowds, so he was kind enough to reserve them for us in advance. The heavy snowfall made everything even more fascinating and made the delay worthwhile.★

After reading reviews of this tour, I expected to be forgotten somewhere, threatened with extra money, treated rudely, and so on. And, at the very least, an old and dirty bus. BUT! The tour was wonderful! The bus was comfortable, the driver was awesome, and the guide, Mattia, was attentive and polite. He kept a list of all the passengers, checked and counted them at every stop, and when necessary, ran around looking for latecomers. We bought tickets to Peles Castle online and went to see it ourselves. In Brasov, we went to the Black Church and then ate at the Gustsri restaurant. To sum it up: the tour was worth every penny, a pure pleasure!★

Beautiful and well-organized tour. Our guide, Gabriel, was fantastic. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and spoke excellent Italian. At the beginning of the tour, you'll be given the times for the various stops, and you can decide whether to buy the tickets yourself or with them (for a surcharge). You can pay in cash in both euros and lei, while you can pay with a card in euros. For Bran Castle, my advice is to buy the tickets yourself, as there won't be a guide anyway, nor will there be any reason for the surcharge. Furthermore, the castle itself is nothing special; it's very small. These tickets are valid for 3 hours before and after your selected time, so there shouldn't be too many problems. The city of Brasov is lovely, even though it's small. For Peles Castle, I recommend buying your ticket with Gabriel, who will be your guide. He was excellent and shared so many interesting facts with us.★

The trip was amazing! Our tour guide and driver was very nice and informative too. The bear sanctuary was amazing and as was draculas castle. Although the fortress is actually closed to the public and will be indefinitely, so you can only look at it from the outside, which it should have told you this before you book and go. Nonetheless would recommend!
